4. Payment and Fees
Services are billed according to the plan selected. All fees are exclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing upon reasonable notice. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of services.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and our services are our proprietary property. While you retain ownership of your specific business data, the underlying software, AI models, workflows, and website templates provided by ToneRep remain our intellectual property.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or services.
